Virtual Meeting: Directions to attend
Shortly before the start of the meeting (about 30 minutes) you will
receive
an email with the link for the meeting, and access codes. Click on the link. If you have never attended a meeting at GoToMeeting, you will be insrtucted to download and install a small piece of software so you can attend. After it is installed, you will be taken to the meeting. If you already have this application installed, you will go directly to the meeting. For voice: There are two choices for voice. you can use your computer (headset or mic/speakers) or dial in with your telephone, then enter the access code. 6 mutes and unmutes. |
